CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you cannot make it for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

However, if there is a No Show, or any cancellation or rescheduling within 12 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your appointment.

Our charges for the Packages are non-refundable unless specifically otherwise communicated at the time of purchase. 

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, causing plans to change. In this regard, we may provide a full or partial refund to you only in the following circumstances:

  • Within three (3) days from the date of your package payment
  • The recipient client has passed away

 

In respect of the above circumstances, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of any services you may have used prior to your cancellation and you would be asked to provide documentary proof of the above circumstances. All refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and our decision shall be final and binding. 

 

Once the refund has been approved, payment will be credited back to your designated account within three (3) business weeks.

  • Your email address
  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Subject
  • Description
  • Attachments (i.e. documentary proof of the above circumstances requesting for a full/partial refund)
